Miracles DO Happen!

Here you see two little miracles right before your eyes. This is a picture of me and my little cousin. Our mommies and daddies had quite the time getting us both here. It was just two years ago when our mommies were talking about all the heartache they were suffering from not having a child of their own. Both of our mommies dream was to become a mother and take care of their precious child. After many miscarriages and infertility issues both our mommies had only one option, that was to keep their HOPE alive! They both continued to have faith in their heavenly father and the plan he has for them. Our mommies prayed their little hearts out along with our daddies, entire families and friends too. They stayed persistent in having faith and never gave up. A year later my mommy found out early on she was pregnant with me, and my cousin Lucas's mommy found out her son was awaiting to be born at the same time I was and would be joining the family as well. We were both expected to arrive July 17th. I had other plans and couldn't wait to meet my parents, so I came three month's early. My cousin Lucas had a lot more patience than me and came when he was supposed to. Despite my stubbornness our little stories prove that "Miracles do happen" and that our heavenly father hears us, loves us, listens to us, and never leaves us. Now our parents do nothing but love us and take the best possible care of us. Although our parents feel really blessed to have us in their lives, we feel pretty blessed too. We both love our heavenly father too and know that he hand picked our mommies and daddies for us because he loved us so much! When our mommies and daddies say their prayers at night they always thank heavenly father for us, but we hear their prayers and say the same thing and thank him for our mommies and daddies.

  1. That is such a sweet post. Reminds me of how Lance and I felt before having the twins.. We thought we would never have our own kids either. And now we have our two miracles and our 3rd special surprise baby too!
