Daddy's Girl

Well Jaycee girl, your Mommy was thinking about you and the past week that has gone by, and all I can think about is how devoted your Daddy is to you and your Mommy. Daddy had a real busy work schedule this week and didn't get hardly any sleep and only one day off. His day off was spent mowing the lawn and yard work. The other day your Dad had to work a "Double shift" which is sixteen hours. He was determined that he was going to see his baby girl that day so after his 16 hour shift he headed to the hospital so he could do your 11:00 cares and snuggle you for an hour. He misses you so bad when he is at work. After getting home at 12:30 am he rested only 6 or so hours and then was up to go to work again. Last night after work he once again headed up to do your 11:00 cares and told the nurse not to give you a bath at your regular 8:00 time because he wanted to bathe you himself when he got there.He got home at 1:00 in the morning and said "Honey it took me an hour to give her a bath without you there helping me". By the time you were done with your bath you were sooooo tired you snuggled daddy for another whole hour. You have no idea how much your mommy and daddy love you and can't wait to see you each day and be with you. Our hearts break when we have to leave the hospital and have to wait till our next visit to see you.  At night I look at your picture on my phone to help me get through until I am with you again. The only thing that comforts your mommy and daddy when your not with us is knowing that your primary nurses are taking really good care of you and that Heavenly Father is right there with you and never leaves your side. Today Mommy and Daddy both held you and kissed you and loved every minute of our visit with you. You are working so hard at growing and getting healthier. You weigh 4 pounds 13 ounces and have tons of hair. You have a cute little dimple everytime you smile. I love when you open your eyes and just gaze at Mommy and Daddy. May all then many angels be with you tonight and I will be there tomorrow to give you your bath and snuggle you some more! Love you little peanut!!!!!!!!
